The subscription process allows all applications at a cost effective outlay for any sized organisation or department. Simply decide which level of credits best fits your company needs and whether you wish to set up your own surveys or have our EMOS consultant do this on your behalf.

We will issue you with your administrator password. This allows you to set up and manage surveys and view and download the results. At the same time you will receive the full EMOS booklet describing each of the motivations in detail.

The questionnaire interface can be customized to your organisation, with company logo and specific introductory text. You will be able to set up any survey yourself. For one person, departments, tiers or the entire company.

For large surveys where drill down to individual level is necessary, the EMOS team can help you set it up at an additional fee.

Once the survey is completed you can view the results in visual format by the groupings you have chosen or analyse them in Excel. Of course you will be able to download these results and use them in your presentations and to defne programs, as well as receiving a detailed description of each Need and what it means to your HR strategies.

For larger one off excercises the EMOS specialists can review the results and workshop implications with you or the team surveyed. An optional extra involves us completing a full and detailed analysis of the survey results. This typically incorporates a detailed profile of the total organisation and major departments, along with a cluster analysis to identify segments of employees, that enables you to more accurately target your employees based on their primary motivational drivers.
