How it works

EMOS can be used in many different ways:

As our pricing matrix will show you, the subscription process allows all applications at a cost effective outlay for any sized organisation or department.  Credits can be used for surveys (one survey per credit) or to insert additional questions.

 

Once you have chosen your subscription level and created your account, you can decide whether you wish to set up the surveys yourself (self service) or liaise with our support team to assist you in the process.  

 

To set up a survey the administrator sets up the initial questions and generates specific log-in paths for the different employee groups, be they large departments or small teams (to incorporate our questionnaire into your surveys, please contact us).

 

Applicants are then supplied with an invitation email that includes a link to your survey on our secure server. That way you can send the invitations out internally and do not have to worry about privacy issues.

 

The questionnaire interface can also be customised to your organisation, with company logo and specific introductory text utilizing the credit system.

 

Once the survey is completed the software supplies you with a top-level analysis and key visual outputs, the full data set in Excel, as well as a detailed description of each Need and what it means for your HR strategies.

 

An optional extra involves us completing a full and detailed analysis of the survey results. This typically incorporates a detailed profile of the total organisation and major departments, along with a cluster analysis to identify segments of employees, that enables you to more accurately target your employees based on their primary motivational drivers.
